This policy explains what Fan Flow does with personal data. It covers the data we handle when you get in touch, and the data collected automatically when you use this website.
1. Who We Are
Fan Flow is a UK-based sports marketing agency working with clubs, tours and live events on audience data, creative, advertising and attribution. We are a trading name of Flow Inc. Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 11403469), and we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
2. Data You Give Us
If you complete our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company and any message you send. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to any follow-up conversation about working together. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We are replying to someone who has asked us to.
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a third-party form service. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant and then delete it. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry alone.
3. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. That means which pages people visit, how they arrived, and which content leads to an enquiry. This sets cookies in your browser and shares data with Google.
Analytics cookies are only set if you consent. Until you make a choice, analytics and advertising storage are switched off and no analytics cookies are placed. Google may still receive a record of the page view without any cookie or identifier attached, so that aggregate traffic can be estimated. Strictly necessary cookies, which the site needs to function, do not require consent.
We manage consent with Cookiebot, which records your choice and stores it in a cookie so we can honour it on later visits. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings on this site, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Your consent choice may be recognised across other websites operated by Flow.
We do not use advertising or profiling cookies on this website, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
4. Cookies We Use
The table below is generated automatically from a scan of this site, so it reflects the cookies actually in use rather than a written summary.
5. Data on Behalf of Clients
In delivering campaigns we may process data provided by our clients, such as ticketing, CRM or audience data. In those cases the client is the data controller and we act as a processor under their instructions and a written agreement. We do not reuse that data for any other purpose.
6. How We Store and Protect Data
- Secure storage systems
- Restricted internal access
- Confidentiality obligations
- Periodic data deletion upon project completion
7. Third-Party Tools
The third parties that receive data through this website are Google (Analytics), Cookiebot (consent), Web3Forms (contact form delivery) and Vercel, who host the site and process server logs. In delivering services to clients we also use advertising platforms, ticketing platforms, CRM systems and cloud collaboration tools. Some of these providers are outside the UK; where that is the case, transfers are made under the safeguards required by UK GDPR.
8. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent, and ask for a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email us at info@growwithflow.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. For data we process on behalf of clients, please direct requests to the original data controller.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we change the tools this site uses, we will update this policy and the effective date below.
